This book is easy to follow and provides great information that is simple to implement. This book is a must have for the new, the intermediate, and the experienced salon professional.
This book was a quick easy read. It had a lot of info that I already do or knew about & somethings I had forgotten about. I certainly helped me get focused & re-motivated, to bet back on track.
There are a lot of gaps in certain parts of the info.
